Mij established Tenancy Solutions in 1995 (then known as Looker Property Consultants) when he was appointed by Subway to establish the brand in South Australia and Northern Territory (and later Western Australia).

Mij is responsible for the growth of Tenancy Solutions to where it is now and has developed relationships with many major businesses as a consequence of the highly successful negotiations he has carried out on their behalf.

He is well known and respected throughout the industry and prides himself on developing co-operative relationships to achieve the best outcomes for his clients.
